The Cosmo Lab is a salon that provides space to independent stylists. Each stylist operates their own business and may collect and process information directly (for example, through their own booking system). This policy covers information handled by The Cosmo Lab; for information handled by an individual stylist, please contact that stylist directly.

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, booth-rental inquiry form, or otherwise reach out, we may collect:
- Identifiers such as your first and last name, email address, and phone number;
- The content of your message or inquiry;
- For booth-rental inquiries: professional details you choose to share, such as your cosmetology/barbering license number, years of experience, and social media or portfolio links;
- Any other information you voluntarily provide.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps, using cookies and similar technologies.
Booking information. If you book an appointment, booking is handled by our independent stylists through a third-party platform (MangoMint). Information you submit there is governed by that stylist’s practices and MangoMint’s privacy policy.

- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- To evaluate and follow up on booth-rental inquiries;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website;
- To send appointment-related or inquiry-related messages you’ve requested or consented to;

3. SMS / Text Messaging
