Hi there! I’m Cheyenne, and I’ve been a hairstylist for over eight years. I’m passionate about creating vibrant transformations and unique looks that celebrate individuality. Don’t worry if bold isn’t your vibe, I also specialize in effortless, lived in styles that are both beautiful and low maintenance.

As a precision hairstylist, I love working with all hair types and textures – from curly cuts to razored shags, modern mullets, chic bobs, and long flowing layers. My goal is to help you step just outside your comfort zone (only if you’re up for it!) while always ensuring you feel supported and confident in the process.

I believe in cultivating a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable and cared for.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll probably find me crocheting, rock climbing, exploring a random country on a Tuesday, or wandering the local farmer’s market with my goat, Tucker, and my Shiba Inu, Kita.

Policies

Here’s everything you need to know before your appointment. This page outlines important details about booking, rescheduling, payments, and general guidelines when booking with Cheyenne. The goal is to keep things clear and simple so you can feel informed, comfortable, and enjoy a smooth experience every time.

Cancellation/ Change of Service Policy

Each appointment reserves dedicated time in my schedule, so a valid credit card on file is required at the time of booking. Late changes or cancellations can affect other clients and disrupt the flow of appointments. To maintain fairness and consistency, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any reschedule, change, or cancellation.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 40% fee of the scheduled service total.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the original service fee.

I understand that emergencies may occur. As a one-time courtesy, the cancellation fee may be applied toward your next appointment. For any subsequent cancellations, the applicable fee will be charged and cannot be transferred to future bookings.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this policy and authorize any applicable charges to your card. This policy allows me to respect my time and uphold commitments to all clients.

Late Policy

Timeliness is key to ensuring every guest receives the highest quality of service. Arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time may affect subsequent appointments and limit the time available for your service. If you expect a delay, please reach out as soon as possible.

I’ll make every effort to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. In cases where this isn’t feasible, your session may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may be applied.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a smooth and respectful schedule for all clients.

No Call/ No Show

To help prevent scheduling conflicts, appointment reminders are sent consistently in advance. No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will result in a charge (70%) of the scheduled service. If I am unable to reach you following a missed appointment, future bookings may not be accepted.

This policy ensures fairness and allows me to provide reliable, high-quality service to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Service Adjustments/ Refunds

Your satisfaction is very important to me, and I take pride in delivering quality results. Before each service, I conduct a detailed consultation to ensure we share a clear understanding of your desired outcome. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact me within one week so I can review and remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

Complimentary adjustments are available only when the result does not align with the original service request. Changes in personal preference will require scheduling a new appointment.

In the rare case that your goals cannot be achieved even after an adjustment, a partial refund may be offered at my discretion. Should we determine that another stylist may better suit your needs, I’ll gladly provide a referral. Partial refunds are considered only under these specific conditions.

To help maintain that atmosphere, I kindly ask that all conversations and interactions remain respectful. Hurtful, offensive, or discriminatory language will not be tolerated, as everyone deserves to feel comfortable and valued.

I also ask that we avoid sensitive or potentially divisive topics so each guest can fully unwind and enjoy their time.
