Salon Policies

The Cosmo Lab is a home for independent stylists who run their own businesses under our roof. Each stylist sets their own pricing, policies, and schedules. If you have any questions or concerns about your appointment or services, please reach out directly to your stylist.

All bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling are managed individually by each stylist. Please refer to your stylist’s specific policies for details. The Cosmo Lab does not handle bookings directly.

Payments for services are made directly to your stylist and may vary depending on their accepted payment methods. If you have questions about pricing, please contact your stylist before your appointment.

• If you have concerns or feedback about your service, please communicate directly with your stylist. Each stylist operates independently and will be happy to assist you.
• The Cosmo Lab does not intervene in stylist-client relationships but ensures our space is welcoming and professional for all.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment to respect your stylist’s schedule.
• Children are welcome if they have an appointment or are able to sit patiently. We cannot have children roaming the stylist floor as this poses a safety risk with sharp tools and hair chemicals.
• Please keep cell phones on silent to maintain a relaxing experience.
• Kindness and respect are expected toward all stylists and clients in the salon. Any inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated.
• The Cosmo Lab reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

• We strive to make your time at The Cosmo Lab as comfortable and productive as possible. For clients who enjoy multitasking, we offer a dedicated processing table with access to complimentary WiFi.
• Additionally, a curated beverage menu is available for all guests. If you’d like to enjoy one of our specialty mocktails, simply let your stylist know—we’re happy to serve you!
